Wilde Rambler — Shimano CUES Q’AUTO Build (LG, Sage)

This Rambler is built for riders who want the comfort and capability of a steel all‑terrain bike without the mental overhead of shifting. Shimano’s CUES Q’AUTO automatic‑shift hub handles gear changes for you, pairing seamlessly with LINKGLIDE’s long‑life drivetrain components. You just pedal — the bike keeps you in the right gear.

We built this one as a durable, everyday‑use machine: stable on rough pavement, smooth on gravel, and simple to live with. It’s the kind of bike you can ride year‑round without babysitting it.

Custom wheels, built in‑house

The Q’AUTO hub uses a 32h shell, so we laced it to DT Swiss 533D rims with Sapim Spokes and Secure‑Lock brass nipples. Nothing extravant— just a strong, serviceable wheelset built to last.

We wrapped them in Teravail Cannonball 700×38 tires — fast enough for pavement, big enough for rough alleys and gravel. These wheels are designed to shrug off Chicago streets, washboards, and loaded commuting without drifting out of true.
